Pre-paid Annual Plans
For pre-paid annual plans, you must cancel the Service by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or in another written and signed format. If you cancel the Service prior to the end of the yearly Service Period, you may be entitled to a refund. Refunds are granted based on changing the annual plan to an equivalent monthly payment service plan for the 12-month Service Period and deducting the prepayment for the months of use (prior to cancellation). Cancellations occurring within the first 30 days of service as a result of issues that are not the fault of the customer are permitted full refund on the annual service contract. Installation/account set-up and shipping fees are not refundable. The customer remains fully liable for accrued usage charges/fees/taxes outstanding up to the time of termination. BBTelsys is authorized to process these charges. If you received any no charge loaned equipment directly from BBTelsys (equipment which has not been specifically purchased by the customer) and you cancel your BBTelsys Service, BBTelsys reserves the right to request that you return the equipment to us at your expense. BBTelsys also reserves the right to charge you the retail price for any unit if it is not returned within 15 days.

Monthly Payment Plans
For monthly payment plans, you must cancel the Service by sending an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. If you cancel Service prior to the end of a monthly term, you will be responsible for paying the full month's charges to the end of the then-current monthly term, including applicable fees and usage charges. Expiration of the term or cancellation of Service does not excuse you from paying all unpaid, accrued usage charges/fees/taxes due in relation to the Agreement. You will not receive a partial credit for any prepaid monthly service charge for any days remaining in your cancellation month. Cancellations occurring within the first 30 days of service as a result of issues that are not the fault of the customer are permitted a full refund on the service contract. Equipment Purchases
Equipment purchases from BBTelsys, such as phones or routers, are fully refundable for up to 30 days from delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable.
