Our standard residential product contains a full complement of features to fulfill the needs of nearly every customer. There is no equipment charge for a BBTelsys Residential Plan. We provide the necessary internet access device when required by the plan as part of the service. You can generally use your existing phones. We will port or provide a new number depending upon your situation. BBTelsys local new number coverage is nearly complete for the U.S., but not 100%. We will notify you if there are limitations to providing local number service and options for your desired area.

Standard Residential Plans

Our standard residential plans are designed for today's living to assist with combining home, multiple locations, family, and work (see standard features). You will find us more flexible in combining needed features and options to fulfill your needs. Most customers buy our annual prepaid discounted plans to maximize their savings. The standard plan comes with voicemail, a web portal to manage numerous calling features, plus "Unlimited" continental U.S. and Canada calling for standard residential usage. International calls are charged incrementally.

Limited Use Plans

The 500 minute limited use plan is designed for a customer's phone which has limited periodic use. It comes with 500 standard outbound minutes. Above that limit customer's pay for calls at the rate of 3.5 cents/minute. It comes with our standard set of residential features.

Multi-line Plans

BBTelsys has plans and pricing to fit the residential customer with multiple phone line requirements. The lines can be at a single or multiple locations, such as a vacation home or a family member at a separate locale (an extra IAD is required for second or more locations). Many features can be adjusted to control calls and where they ring. Each line comes with its own voicemail and full complement of standard residential features.

Softphone Plans

A softphone allows connections to our phone network from a computer. Our softphone plan allows customers to both send and receive calls from any customer in the world with a phone line. The plan comes with 300 minutes of outbound minutes and extra minutes are charged at 3.5 cents per minute for calls to the continental U.S. and Canada. It requires the customer to be able to download and run appropriate software and have an appropriate microphone, headset, or other two-way voice device.
